Happy Monday! Although it might be gloomy out, in the Flavah shop our freshly made foods are full of vibrant colors. Today we sat Down with Meredith Meder (or as many know her, The Cheese Lady) to talk about some of the goodies currently in our case.
1.CHORIZO SAUSAGE:
These little Spanish style sausages pack a punch! Theyre smoked with peprika and pair well with Manchego cheese you can also find in the Flavah shop.
2. BEEHIVE CHEESE
This cheese is rubbed with espresso and lavender. The rind is the most flavorful, but the other parts of the cheese have milder tones.
3. CHEVOO GOAT CHEESE AND OLIVE OIL INFUSION
This Marinated feta tastes great on the fresh baked baguettes baked in the Flavah shop.
4. FERMIN
This garlic sausage from spain has a rich and buttery flavor.
